Client Schedule

Each client can have their own schedule.
Ex. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm.

Client Caps

Ability to set Transfers Cap or Budget Cap for anytime. Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

Client Concurrency

With our call concurrency, you can set a concurrency call cap at the client level.

Deliver Lead Data

Send the data to your client either before they answer or after they answer the call.

Geo-Targeting

Each client can have their own geo-targeting. You can traget by State, Zip Code and Area Code.

Data Filters

Set up filter rules at a client level, Ex. Age must be greater than 65.

Once you send us the data, we will check for available clients by checking their schedule, geo-target, caps, budget, filters and DNC's. We will also check for agents availability.

We Give You a Transfer Number

If you have available clients, we will return back a transfer number where you can transfer the call to.

Once you transfer the call to us, we will do all the logic to transfer the call to the best available client. Our logic inclues the following: Highest Price, Priority, Weight, Round Robin and Effective Price.
